Terms and Conditions for Vouchers
Location of Treatment: The recipient of the voucher will receive their reflexology treatment at: The Health Workshop, 4 Rushton’s Yard, Ashby-de-la-Zouch. Leicestershire. LE65 1AL. Full details of how to book are available on the gift voucher.
Expiry Date: Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
Suitability: Please note the treatment room is upstairs, so a gift voucher may not be suitable for all clients. Before purchasing a gift voucher, please check my opening hours to make sure the times available are suitable for the recipient. This is your responsibility and refunds will not be given, if the recipient cannot attend during the available appointment times.
Gift vouchers are only suitable for recipients who are a resident of the UK and aged 18 or above.
Lost or stolen vouchers: Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds: Vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Cancellation of Appointments: My cancellation policy applies to treatments booked to be paid with a voucher.
Delivery: Vouchers are delivered via First Class Royal Mail.
Christmas Voucher Posting Dates 2024
The final posting date for my reflexology gift vouchers is Thursday 19th December 2024, via first class Royal Mail. If you would like to order a voucher as a Christmas gift, please make sure you place your order in plenty of time to guarantee delivery.
Voucher Size and Colour : Approx 14.8cm wide x 10.5cm height. (A6) The voucher is white card with grey detail on the front and black font. It will be delivered in a white envelope.
